1. What is your background and how did you get interested in Augmented Reality?
Ogime is founded by a small group of developers and designers who have years of experience in interactive design, holographic content development, information technology and telecommunication applications. Combining unique backgrounds automatically directed us towards Augmented Reality, which we have been following for the last 3 years.
2. What got you interested in developing a vegetarian augmented reality guide and use junaio as the platform to launch the experience?
As all vegetarians, we have always had hard time finding restaurants or cafes that are vegetarian or vegetarian friendly. Especially, when we are with friends and trying to locate restaurants where everyone can enjoy the food. Junaio platform’s technical capabilities allow us to create highly rich and user friendly interfaces for smooth user adaptation and experience.
3. How did you compile all the data regarding the vegetarian restaurants?
All data under Ogime Vegetarian Channel was gathered and compiled manually. In global public opinion, vegetarian restaurants are falsely perceived to be lacking rich flavors and dishes in their menus, therefore to overcome this false belief we have focused on and selected vegetarian and vegetarian friendly restaurants/cafes based on their creative menus, style and character….
4. How long did it take you to create the channel? Was it easy? Any challenges?
Gathering content and creating the channel took about a week. Entire process was very smooth and easy with no technical glitches or bugs.
5. Will there be more cities where the content will be available and any future plans to expand beyond vegetarian restaurants?
We are constantly adding more locations per city as well as new cities around the world. We will be expanding our vegetarian channel with new content additions. We are aiming to create a complete life style choices for vegetarians, where users will be able to access all locational vegetarian information as desired by their needs.
