For The Weekend: Wall Street to Main Street

The King’s Boat is dead! Long live the King’s Boat!

Fit for a King.

junaio developer and New Media Artist Mark Swarek is at it again, bringing his own brand of radicalism to the streets through augmented reality. Founding member of the  manifest.AR artist and developer community, Mark will be flooding the streets (TBD if this is literal, metaphorical or virtual) of Catskill, NY, tomorrow and touring it in the “The King’s Boat”, pictured above in the junaio screenshot. The experience is part of the “Wall Street to Main Street” exhibit, which will run from March 17 to May 31 2012 and feature more than fifty exhibitors, performances, workshops and seminars devoted to exploring solutions to social injustice and other real-world problems.

For more information, or if you’d like to participate, check out this handy infographic for all of the relevant dates and goings-on.

We promise Weekest Links will return Monday on the Augmented Blog. No really.
